Marketing G2 Invests in Customer Success Initiative
Data and support veteran Kerry Smith joins expanding Client Success team to support key products
SPRING HOUSE, Penn., (July 27, 2015) –– Marketing G2 (MG2) announced today that it has again expanded its client success operations with the addition of Kerry Smith. Most recently with SDL, a leader in global customer experience, and Alterian, a leader in campaign management and social media analytics, Smith is the most recent addition to MG2’s growing team of client success specialists.
Smith will focus his expertise on enhancing client utilization of MG2’s core products, including Open Intelligence, the foundational database of the MG2 Engagement Platform, and G2 Discovery, its actionable analytical and visual segmentation tool.
MG2 President and Founder Patrick Glennon said he is excited about the contributions Kerry, with more than 15 years’ experience in the data and application support areas, can make for our clients and products. At SDL, Smith supported clients and partners in realizing tangible ROI from campaign management and analytics tools such as Alterian Marketing Suite, Selection Planner, Alterian Engine, Alchemy, and Dynamic Messenger. Smith is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a BS Social Studies Education and a BA in History.
