How Marketing G2 got its name

G2 was the designation given to the intelligence unit for the American Expeditionary Forces during World War I. Gen. John J. Pershing established the unit to meet tactical and operational needs of his forces in Europe.

When our founder first heard this story, he realized that he wanted to create that same kind of operational intelligence group to gather 'field intelligence' and develop rapid responses in subscriber-based businesses.

Marketing G2 is marketing intelligence.

Over the years, we’ve developed a suite of products and services that work with Open Intelligence to gather data and utilize intelligence. This suite includes paymeter technology and tools for customer relationship management, field start processing, and data discovery and visualization.
